Delivery

Shipping

When ordering from NAME Gallery the product(s) are carefully packed and sent directly from the Gallery. All items are being sent on a guaranteed priority service as soon as possible, but at least within 30 days of the purchase date. The majority of shipping times will be around 2-5 working days. NAME Gallery can not take responsibility for third party services and can not guarantee any shipping times.

Overseas Postage

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the Customer’s expense. NAME Gallery has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Overseas items are sent via first class recorded post overseas services.

Postal Service

Once a product has been passed to the delivery services, NAME Gallery is no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the package.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.

Refunds

A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of NAME Gallery. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of your order received.

Postal Damage

All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received. If You receive a product and it has been damaged by the delivery service please get in contact with NAME Gallery within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery services. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.
 All damaged goods that are signed for on delivery with clear indication of damage on the outside of the packaging are not the responsibility of NAME Gallery nor the shipping company.

Postal Loss

Once the product has been passed on to the delivery services, NAME Gallery and its Artist(s) are not responsible for the loss of the product. If You have not received your goods within 14 days of the noted dispatch date you must notify NAME Gallery via email and we will advise on a course of action.


Liability


NAME Gallery can not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address given by the buyer.

NAME Gallery can not take responsibility for any goods purchased through galleries or parties other than NAME Gallery. All inquiries and requests need to go through the party responsible.
